Instructions on adding information to the Retailigence Knowledge Base
1) Select Knowledge Base from the main menu
2) Select Retailigence
3) Select either the Retailigence Releases or Retailigence PTFs
4) Select Create New Article
5) Give a Title to the Article eg: Retailigence Version 3 Release 8.0 or COMMs PTFs and Enhancements PTF 40 to 53
6) Security - please enter 1 to restrict viewing to internal support staff
7) Summary - provide a summary of the Knowledge eg: Communication Manager Fixes and Ehancements included in PTF Numbers 40 to 53.
8) Enter Knowledge- Enter the list or add a file eg COM PTF 40-53
9) Save
10)You can subsequently edit the knowledge if you are the author
